    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and event details to enhance service quality and future planning.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and event planning to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our firm's services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.

    • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and maintaining client databases to streamline processes.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
