We are seeking a personable, hardworking, swift learner to join the team. In this position, you will manage the weekday staging process as well as during our weekend estate sales.
Responsibilities:
Have a clear understanding of Blue Moon Estate Sales core values and brand standards.
Consciously create a workplace culture is consistent with the Blue Moon Estate Sales core values and brand standards.
Appropriately communicate organizational information through department meetings and other communications.
Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment.
Help to hire and train new team members.
Tasks that will be required for weekly staging work include:
Review, sort and organize items throughout clients’ homes.
Stage items for display, creating a pop-up retail shop environment inside of each residence.
Research, evaluate and place a price sticker or tag on each item or lot of items for sale.

Strong communication skills
Take direction well and be efficient with processes
Comfortable with learning product pricing
Flexible working hours (work hours and locations will vary from week to week depending on the sizes of clients’ homes and the number of sales)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must have transportation to various locations throughout the East Valley
Must have access to a working cell phone and email
