What you'll do: Deliver above and beyond customer experiences, developing lasting relationships with customers through phone, email and chat Brainstorm ways in which we can optimize individual customer experiences Become a master of Blue Nile products, practices, policies and procedures, and continues to find ways to improve our processes and team performance Be the Brand: Communicate the Blue Nile Difference, instilling trust and confidence, and educate customers about one of the most emotional purchases of his/her life. Collate customer feedback and advocate to internal teams for solutions (technology, marketing, merchandising, product) Understand department goals and meet defined metrics Continuously maintain excellent attendance and punctuality Who you are: Entrepreneurially minded Friendly, empathetic, kind and patient Positive attitude and high energy level Hard working with a "no task is too small" mentality Exceptional organization and time-management skills Superior written and verbal communicator High degree of professionalism, integrity, objectivity and customer service focus.
