Blue Olive Properties is searching for a full-time licensed showing agent who has the drive and will to achieve success. We are not looking for average. This is a full-time position, and it will require 40 work hours per week in our peak rental season (March – September). You will set your own working hours and showing schedule within a time block we provide, based on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Some early evening and Saturday showings will be necessary. You will be required to provide a showing activity and feedback report at two team meetings per week on Tuesday (10 AM/via Zoom) and Friday (9 AM/at Meridian Office Complex). Average agents in this position typically earn $45,000-$55,000 per year, but great showing agents can earn $60,000-$80,000+ per year. Agents who also sell 3-5 properties per year can earn over $125,000. Keep in mind, earning this type of salary requires actual hard work and dedication to the job. This is not a part-time job, and it does require real honest work, but the rewards you can earn are up to you. Agent will earn a commission per rental leased. Typical agents lease 10-15 units per month. We provide a generous monthly gas allowance. Bonuses may be granted based on exceeding expected leasing numbers and remaining with the company for a minimum of 1.5 years. Agent is required to place their active Colorado real estate license with our company only. (CREC doesn't allow agents to hold a license in two brokerages.) If you are selling real estate, you may complete real estate sales transactions from your leads with no brokerage split or “mentoring” charges (transaction fee applies).
