    Shift: Part-time/Full-time (20-40 hours) Flexible schedule preferred, including Saturdays and evenings

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Our Setter Verification/Sales Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in the sales operations of the company. They need to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and co-workers, but unlike other environments this isn't just about making or taking phone calls. We balance an environment of not only communicating with multiple individuals but working on account workflows and data entry off the phone as well. They must create solutions with minimal direction and see them through to completion.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Answer phone calls, emails, and texts from customers and sales representatives in a timely manner
    • Document pertinent information clearly and in detail in our systems
    • Communicate effectively, professionally, over multiple mediums and with great customer service (polite, engaging, patient, respectful), while keeping in mind time constraints
    • Make outbound calls to verify customers, reschedule appointments, and confirm sales reps have all the information they need to make the sale
    • Coordinate various aspects of the sale, as needed
    • Review a customer's account to ensure accuracy and make changes when necessary
    • Confirm customer eligibility using our qualification process
    • Maintain leads constantly, guaranteeing that no appointment goes unverified
    • Have at least a base-line knowledge of operations within the company
    • Contribute ideas to process improvement (problem solving)

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Speak, read, and write English clearly
    • Follow a script when applicable, but not always require one
    • Have a basic knowledge of word processing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.)
    • Manage time adeptly and remain organized, even during our busiest times
    • Be versatile and adaptable when faced with new challenges
    • Be a go-getter who is willing to take on responsibility, solve issues, and create results
    • Work as a team, encourage others, and expect hard work

    KEY COMPETENCIES:

    • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Answer phone calls quickly with great customer service
    • 95%+ attendance and schedule adherence, request time off in advance, does not miss excessive work due to sick/personal days

    COMPENSATION

    • $12-15/hr plus opportunities for commission
