    Position Summary

    As a recruiter at Blue Raven, you are a master of first impressions. We are looking for individuals whose passion and energy are tangible. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and are likely an early or mid-career professional with recruiting and HR experience, eager to tackle your next adventure.

    Essential Duties

    • Source proactively as well as respond to reactive applicants for job openings
    • Partners with hiring managers and HR Director to determine staffing needs.
    • Writing and measuring effectiveness of online job postings
    • Prepare print media for recruiting and networking events
    • Attend Recruiting and Professional networking events on an as needed basis
    • Communicate with and supporting more than one hiring manager's recruiting needs at any given time
    • Source and maintain an active, interested pipeline of candidates for each assigned role
    • Interview, and prepare individuals for next steps in a full cycle recruiting process
    • Innovate and identifying new pipelines for top talent and convert those pipelines into actual hires
    • Communicate effectively and easily with multiple colleagues to include Sr leadership
    • Execute and drive metrics regarding pipeline volume and pipeline velocity
    • Show proficiency in recruiting candidates in assigned geographic areas of the US to include the local Utah area
    • Develop and maintain a collaborative and service minded relationship with hiring managers to achieve staffing goals
    • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements)
    • Oversee accurate daily tasks and utilization of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Ensure all recruiting practices are compliant with state and federal laws

    Other Duties & Responsibilities

    • Work within a budget and communicate financial or spending needs / changes
    • Innovate and Continuously Improve Candidate Experience
    • Maintain and add to the overall positivity and energy of the HR environment and convey that positivity and energy in person, on the phone and online
    • Adhere to strong work ethic and commitment

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 1.5 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment OR at least 1.5 years of experience in either a Corporate or Engineering recruiting role
    • Experience working with at least 3 different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Experience and ability to meet daily and weekly metrics

    Preferred Qualifications

    • BSc in Human Resources or Life Sciences preferred but not required
    • PHR or equal amount of experience working in an HR environment preferred but not required

    Key Competencies

    • Ability to present information on an individual and audience basis
    • Type 55 WPM
    • Active knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
    • Experience utilizing Microsoft office suite
