JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Blue Raven Logistics Specialist should be able to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and co-workers. They should balance their time with not only inbound and outbound calls, but coordinating sale development, data entry, scheduling, managing accounts, consulting with coworkers, and maintaining account workflows both on and off the phone. Strong multi-tasking, adaptability and problem-solving skills are required. They must create solutions with minimal direction and see them through to completion. This is a varied role with strong potential for growth.  This is a part-time weekend position.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LOGISTICS SPECIALIST:

Candidates must have a high attention to detail and be resilient when faced with challenges in order to:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and texts from customers and sales representatives in a timely manner
• Have a developed understanding of our software tools
• Document pertinent information clearly and in detail
• Communicate effectively, professionally, and with great customer service (polite, engaging, patient, respectful), while keeping in mind time constraints
• Make outbound calls to verify customers, reschedule appointments, and confirm sales reps have all the information they need to set the appointment/make the sale
• Coordinate various aspects of the sale, as needed
• Review a customer's account to ensure accuracy and make changes when necessary
• Confirm customer eligibility using our qualification process
• Have at least a base-line knowledge of operations within the company
• Contribute ideas to process improvement (problem solving)

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE LOGISTICS SPECIALIST:

A strong candidate will be able to show a track record of:

• Effective and professional communication skills via phone, email, and text
• Be able to follow a script
• Demonstrate a basic knowledge of word processing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.)
• Strong time management skills and remain organized even during our busiest times
• Versatile and adaptable when faced with new challenges
• Be a go-getter who is willing to take on responsibility, solve issues, and create results
• Work as a team, encourage others, and expect hard work
• Sacrifice time or energy as needed for the team
• Must work weekends only

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
• Experience working in a team environment
• Proven track record in problem-solving

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• $12-$13/hr
• Dental and vision coverage (depending on hours worked)
