POSITION SUMMARY

The Graphic Design Specialist works closely with the Director of Marketing and Sales Leadership to support the company's strategic goals and program initiatives through print and digital design. They play an important role in the design of on-brand, forward-thinking and user-centric solutions across varied media (online, email, print, advertising, mobile and more) to meet business objectives-from concept to completion to delivery. The designer incorporates brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all projects and mediums, and evolves guidelines as necessary. They stay current on design and usability trends and excel in attention to detail and quality assurance. The designer works collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales teams to support business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Create digital and print marketing materials according to brand guidelines and company initiatives and assist in managing our creative repository
• Design sales and presentation assets to help our sales teams deliver their messages effectively
• Create physical signage and pop-up displays for events and conferences
• Design branded swag and incentives for events and conferences
• Create and adjust existing logos and typefaces for a high demand environment
• Support corporate identity initiatives
• Assist other members of the Marketing and Sales teams as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Working towards a BA or BFA in graphic design or similar major
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual/creative proficiency and detail-oriented design
• Understanding of a brand ecosystem
• Social media ad campaign experience a plus
