    Position Summary:

    Our Corporate Trainer will work alongside our HR/Recruiting and Onboarding team to assist new hires in getting up to speed. The Corporate Trainer serves as one of the first faces that our employees meet, and they are a great resource for information about the company. The Corporate Trainer will take charge of the training classroom and have a mastery of the tools and resources used to standardize training. They will coordinate and conduct training events such as new employee, values, operations, and department training. We need someone with high energy, passion, and curiosity to develop the training function at Blue Raven!

    Essential Duties:

    • Gather content, coordinate, and conduct various training sessions, including new employee orientation, company values training, and department-specific training
    • Take charge of the training classroom, ensuring a conducive learning environment
    • Work closely with HR and department managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs
    • Serve as a primary resource for new hires, providing information and support as they acclimate to the company
    • Track and report on employee progress and achievements within the training programs

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years in a training or teaching role
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Proficiency in training tools and learning management software
    • High energy and enthusiasm
    • Passion for training and development
    • Experience with business operations and training in a corporate setting
    • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and grow

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
