What We Need:
Blue Shield Security has immediate openings for Outside Sales Professionals to sell Security Systems, Fire & Life Safety, Home Automation, and Camera Systems with Video Analytics solutions to both residential and business customers. Blue Shield does everything we can to help you be as successful as you have the desire to become. All you need is the self-motivation, work ethic, ambition, and the drive. We provide you the product knowledge, sales training, and just the right support for everything else.
Our office is located in Aubrey, TX. So you must be willing to drive to our office every now and then for training, paperwork, etc!! You do not have to come everyday, this job could be completely remote if need be.
What You'll Do:
·Offer Security, Fire & Life Safety, Automation/Access Control, and Camera/Video solutions to homes and businesses
·Generate leads through outside sales, referrals, sales tools, and strategic networking
·Prepare quotes and sales agreements for potential customers
·Develop and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers
What You'll Need:
· A desire and drive to make money and be successful!
· Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
· Clean background
· Be highly motivated in order to achieve personal and company goals
· Excellent oral/written communication skills
· Well-developed presentation skills
· Excellent customer relationship building skills
· Outside Sales background is a Big Plus, but we will train the right individual.
Job Type: Part-time OR Full-time
*This job is COMMISSION ONLY with on going commissions for the accounts you close. You make your on schedule!! - set your own appointments with new customers, do your own marketing to sell our products, schedule a time for installation with out technicians, and you get the commission off the products that you sell!
