Customer Service Rep! Hiring asap for office admin, office manager, customer service rep for our recruiting management company. Do you have experience in customer service, office assistant, office worker, office manager?

Important: Must be able to work from 8:30 Am to 5:30 Pm (hr lunch) NEED TO LIVE IN EITHER GEAUGA, LAKE OR CUYAHOGA COUNTIES

Week 1 - about 10-15 hours

Week 2 - about 20-25 hours

Week 3 - about 30-40 hours going forward

About the Job

Customer Service- you will be responding to emails and phone calls

You will be calling and emailing clients to make sure they're happy

Working about 30-40 hours on average per week

Saturday's are optional for 1-2 hours in the morning anytime before noon

We need your help sending a lot of emails from templates and small projects

Know Google Drive- Docs and Sheets

Working on social media a little and job boards a lot
