This is the typical first place for most new agents or new opportunities with the company. This partnership includes helping buyers find and attain their new home. You will spend your nights and weekends helping buyers when homes become available. There is no office requirement for this role and your day is mixed between buyer consults and working with clients. Main job duties: BUYERS SPECIALIST • Attend buyer consultations  • After appointment follow up  • Sign buyer agency agreements  • Setup buying plan  • Work with Showing partners.  • Hire and train  • Showings  • Negotiate contracts, inspections, appraisals  • Attend closings  • Track and record in CRM  • High level of communication with the client  You day is structured as well. You will be working with 6-9 clients at any given time. So its vital to match you up with high quality buyers. Your time is valuable! You will run a detailed schedule that has consultations, showings, closings and more. Your expectations are to write a certain number of contracts per buyer, keep showings below a certain number, maintain showing partner pool and provide high level of service. Opportunities here consist of advancement to listing specialist, lead buyers agent, director and leadership roles. Qualifications: BUYERS SPECIALIST • People person  • Love to interact and get energy from others • Economist for real estate market and can win contracts in tough environments  • Can balance a calendar and protect time  • Have tough conversations with clients and other agents  • Articulate Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 at plan
