    Inside Sales Agent Inbound/Cultivator A Top Performing Real Estate Team has a unique opportunity for a sales manager to work as a cultivator and inbound specialist. This role would be handling our inbound leads on daily basis. Following up and setting appointments for agents. This is the single most important role on the team and the biggest opportunity to make a huge income as you are the centerpiece to the entire company. You will working with 100’s of leads per month. GROWTH into other positions with high income potential. Responsibilities: • Job duties: Must have a passion for selling and express high energy on the phone. You’ll be working with text, call and emails daily. So you must be tech savvy and able to work between systems and convert leads. You are the closer and will be converting other ISA/OSA's nurtures to appointment.  • Respond to leads within 2 minutes • Use smart phone to claim text through the CRM • Use of seize the market CRM for contact management • Accountability on response rate, volume and conversion • Set buyer and listing appointments  • Leverage the agent's lead generation and cultivation • Qualify nurtures and appointments • Govern and manage leads • Listen to all recordings and hold team accountable Qualifications: • Sales experience is Required!  • Script knowledge and a track record of sales conversion.  • Passion for selling.  • Enthusiastic and self-starting approach.  • Effective communicator that can speak quickly and carrier on an intelligent conversation in written and verbal form.  • Be able to block out distractions.  • Create a sense of comfort and familiarity with clients/leads and is able to build rapport.  • Organized, systematic and detailed oriented.  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.  • Must be very good with technology and computers.  • Comfortable with using scripts and be able to memorize, practice and internalize them.  • Results oriented and a high achiever.  This is a growing company and we are looking for highly skilled sales people to make contacts and convert to appointments. Bonuses and salary is directly proportional to your skill level and production. Big money can be made. GROWTH into a highly productive real estate team.  Compensation: $65,000+ at plan commission
