    We are a leading hospitality management group with a portfolio that includes two prestigious hotels in the heart of Pittsburgh. We are seeking a Director of Sales to oversee and drive the sales efforts for both properties. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to contribute to our continued success and growth.

    Position Summary:

    The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability for both hotels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hospitality sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals for both properties.

    - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and community leaders.

    - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

    - Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns and manage social media

    - Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions, as needed.

    - Prepare and manage the sales department's budget.

    - Report on sales activities and performance to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    - Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

    - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

    - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

    - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    - Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and events.

    - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    **Salary & Benefits: **

    - Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
