**Job Title: SAP Ariba Workflow Consultant
** Location: Remote with some travel to Columbus, Ohio
Period: Now to 07/31/2024 with possibility of extension
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: Up to $110/hr depending upon experience

Scope of Services:

The consultant will primarily focus on supporting the Supply Chain workstream in the organization's SAP Ariba platform. This includes analyzing and optimizing workflow processes, identifying opportunities for systems integration, and ensuring seamless data flow within the Supply Chain function. They will work closely with the transformation team to understand the current state, identify gaps, define requirements, and develop a plan to configure, test, and deploy changes in collaboration with the appropriate technical teams, which may include offshore resources. Additionally, the consultant will play a key role in driving user adoption by facilitating upfront pieces such as gap analysis, defining test plans, executing tests, working on remediations, and migrating changes into production.

Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba workflow configurations.
2. Analyze current workflow processes within the Supply Chain function and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
3. Design and implement workflow enhancements to streamline procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
4. Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba with other systems and applications within the organization's ecosystem.
5. Conduct testing and validation of workflow configurations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
6. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Ariba functionality and best practices for workflow management.
7. Develop documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workflow processes and systems integration within the Supply Chain function.
8. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to workflow processes, systems integration, and data flow within SAP Ariba.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience working with SAP Ariba, including configuration of workflow processes and systems integration.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and best practices, with experience in process optimization and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and integration capabilities with SAP Ariba is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on Supply Chain management and process improvement is advantageous.
