Job Title: Financial Analyst III
Location: Lake Forest, IL – Onsite 4 days – Local candidates only
Period: 04/15/2024 to 07/26/2024 - possibility for extensions depending on business needs and candidate performance
Hours/Week: 20 hours
Rate: $35/hour (Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half)
Contract Type: W-2

Scope of Services:

The Financial Analyst III is responsible for analyzing financial data to project financial conditions based on historical performance and current earnings. They will review proposals and conduct comprehensive analyses of feasibility and profitability to support strategic decision-making.

Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

• Analyze financial data and trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and projections based on analysis.
• Conduct feasibility studies and profitability analyses for proposed projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Review and assess financial proposals and business plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
