    Minneapolis, MN (Remote, needs to have the ability to be onsite when needed)
    Duration: 5-6 months
    Hours/Week: 40 hours
    Rate: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
    Contract Type: W2 Only (No 1099’s or Corp to Corp)

    Scope of Services:**

    The Human Resources Consultant will play a pivotal role in aligning people and culture strategies with business objectives and managing people projects to enhance organizational effectiveness. Serving as a trusted advisor to the business partner team and leaders across the organization, the consultant will support the deployment of key people and culture initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and contributing to the overall success of the business.

    Roles, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:**

    • Manage and execute strategic people and culture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Partner with the people & culture business partner team and business leaders and to improve organizational effectiveness by supporting strategic workforce planning, organizational design, employee development, talent assessment and development of people strategies that support the business needs.
    • Plays key role in supporting organizational change management and internal communications, aligned with our Employer of Choice culture.
    • Work with stakeholders to evaluate vendor solutions, as needed, on their ability to solve the defined problems.

    **
    Qualifications:**

    • Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of Human Resources experience (Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Management, Change Management, is equivalent to HR experience).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a dual focus on strategy and execution.
    • Ability to prioritize, execute multiple concurrent high-priority HR projects.
    • Desire to build relationships with strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills with the ability to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
    • Operate with a high level of integrity and will consistently make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward, and professionally navigates resistance.
    • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
    • Must be comfortable and proficient in detailed data analysis.

    **
    Preferred:**

    • HR Project Management experience
    • Change Management experience
    • Talent Management experience
    • Human Resource experience in an enterprise organization
