    OFFICE ASSISTANT AND BOOKKEEPER 

    Part-time job opportunity as an Office Assistant and Bookkeeper with Blue Tomorrow, LLC. Blue Tomorrow is an environmental consulting company based in Santa Barbara, California that helps non-profits, government agencies, Tribal governments, and private companies on resource management, planning, and monitoring projects. Depending on the candidate and their performance, this position could lead to full-time employment with expanded professional opportunities. 

    JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS

    The Office Assistant position will support business operations by performing bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, business filings with local, state, and federal governments, updating the company calendar, and general office support. For the right candidate, there is potential opportunity to assist with project management and business development support. These tasks could involve updating and tracking projects through project management software, grant writing, researching funding opportunities, and other lead generation.
