Job Description: As a White Glove Furniture Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client's furniture is delivered and handled with the utmost care, providing a stellar experience for our customers. Additionally, you will assist in our warehouse operations, helping manage inventory and prepare items for delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver furniture to customers' homes with a high level of care and professionalism.
- Install and assemble furniture at customer locations as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and handling any concerns on the spot.
- Operate a box truck safely and efficiently; maintain clean and safe vehicle conditions.
- Assist in the warehouse 1-2 days a week, organizing and maintaining inventory, preparing items for delivery, and other tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience driving a box truck and knowledge of local routes and navigation.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle furniture safely and with care.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Prior experience in furniture delivery or a related field preferred.
- Availability to occasionally work Saturdays and extended hours.
