    Job Overview: The Sales Manager is responsible for the growth and profitability of the business. This position will provide direction and assume accountability for Sales, Supplier Relations and Operations, while insuring that all policies and procedures are followed. The Vice President is also responsible for developing processes that maximize ownership, stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide overall Leadership, motivation, direction, and coordination for all client Engineering Equipment Company operations
    • Profit/Loss responsibility
    • Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures, promoting a safety culture
    • Manage a specific customer base
    • Identify and implement strategies to improve performance, meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Provide coaching and development of all clients Engineering Equipment Company staff to ensure effective leadership, collaboration, and balance in achieving KPIs focused on safety, quality, customer service, and productivity
    • Monitor and set standards for manufacturing and help identify and correct bottlenecks
    • Plan and supervise the design and implementation of capital projects
    • Analyze and adjust inventory to maximize capital efficiency while insuring proper support of all customers
    • Develop and implement financial and non-financial objectives, including annual budgets
    • Make decisions based on what is best for the company to grow client's Engineering Equipment Company as a business

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of experience in electrical distribution and staff management.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving results against a comprehensive set of KPIs
    • Passion for growing a business
    • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and metrics
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to effectively present information to all levels of the company
    • Excellent interpersonal skills needed, including coaching, team-building, and training skills
