RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
• Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
• Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn), including networking with candidates offline during job fairs
• Prep candidates before interviews with clients
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
• Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations

HERE ARE THE MUST HAVES FOR MY CLIENT:

1. Must have staffing industry recruiting experience to be considered

2. Having worked in VMS environments is a plus

3. Strong communication skills (Verbal and written)

4. High energy is always preferred

5. Proven track record

6. Needs to hit the ground running with minimal training that would need to be provided

$60-80K plus bonus and benefits
