RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
- Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn), including networking with candidates offline during job fairs
- Prep candidates before interviews with clients
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
HERE ARE THE MUST HAVES FOR MY CLIENT:
Must have staffing industry recruiting experience to be considered
Having worked in VMS environments is a plus
Strong communication skills (Verbal and written)
High energy is always preferred
Proven track record
Needs to hit the ground running with minimal training that would need to be provided
$60-80K plus bonus and benefits
