This is a unique opportunity for an experienced product marketer to act as a mini-CMO for our clients product line. The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience in product marketing and a strong understanding for business development marketing, specifically within the FinTech or cryptocurrency/blockchain space.
You will lead product marketing for our clients cryptocurrency, starting with USDD. In this role you'll collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, and Executive teams to develop, deliver, and launch asset-backed and algorithmic, representing legal tender across the globe.
SCOPE:
Lead product marketing for all products
Work with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to turn our company vision into go-to-market strategies for our clients products
Act as the bridge between the VP of Marketing and team to execute positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our product and strategic partnerships
Develop and own the positioning and messaging for all products
Identify strategic partner co-marketing opportunities by understanding what types of relationships will benefit our business’ bottom line and visibility
Create and own customer journey maps to ensure a strong customer experience
Working closely with product, collaborate cross-functionally with support, trading, marketing, legal/compliance, and management to gather business requirements and translate those needs into roadmaps and feature specifications
In collaboration with our marketing team, manage our relationships with agencies to ensure content and campaigns are delivered and executed flawlessly and in-line with our go-to-market strategy
Develop and execute launch plans for new product features or initiatives
Coordinate and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to better understand our users and competitive landscape, and then turn those results into actionable insights

Experience conducting consumer research to develop insights to improve product
Passion for storytelling and developing brand, positioning, and messaging
Strong understanding of business development marketing
Experience establishing a shared vision across the company by building consensus on capabilities and priorities across multiple stakeholders
Self-starter when it comes to putting plans into motion and operating in ambiguity
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly pivot to meet new business needs by understanding changing priorities
Ability to define and manage the scope in order to deliver business solutions that fit the needs of the firm
Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines
Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling into actionable key takeaways
Experience in FinTech or cryptocurrency is preferred but not required

Comfortable working in both a tech startup and corporate finance type working environment
Comfortable working with international teams in multiple languages

Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese helpful but not required
