Job Description

Selected candidate will work on 2022 HR Projects. This HR Intern position will sit at the Bosch Corporate Research location in Pittsburgh, PA reporting to the HR team that sits in the Bosch Corporate Research location in Sunnyvale, CA.

TASKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

•  Process candidate interview expense reimbursements
•  Onboarding and conducting candidate presentations and new hire orientation
•  Assist with site activities, community outreach and our intern program elements
•  Participate in social media & recruitment optimization activities
•  Input HR records into the HR system

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or have received a MS degree in Human Resources or related field
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• High degree of proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Able to handle confidential information
• Can make presentations
• Highly motivated and takes initiative
• Has strong time management skills and meets deadlines, able to prioritize tasks
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Team-oriented and has excellent relationship-building skills
• Able to work independently
• Ability to start the internship in Pittsburgh in January 2022
