    BlueStreet Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Deltek Costpoint Data Consultant to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. BlueStreet has been providing world-class financial products and services, which include financial consulting, back-office services, Deltek system implementations, and reporting tools for government contractors for over 15 years. The candidate must be a self-starter and team player who is ready to take on new initiatives and innovations in a fast-paced environment. As part of our growing organization, this person will have in-depth technical and functional knowledge of Costpoint. This position reports directly to the CEO.

    Responsibilities

    Data migration and data conversion are often used interchangeably. Data migration is a complex process of selecting, preparing, extracting, and transforming and permanently transferring data from one system to another or one application to another. Costpoint Data Consultant responsibility include:

    · Convert data from one system (legacy system) to Costpoint for either new implementations or mergers/acquisitions.

    · Data restructure where modifying data to fit in an existing database.

    · Convert data from many different accounting systems to the structures needed to implement a Costpoint ERP.

    · Data normalization

    · In depth knowledge of Costpoint Data tables and how they impact financial operations.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance

    · 6+ years of ERP implementation experience.

    · 3+ years of experience implementing Deltek Costpoint

    · Detailed Client Requirement Analysis

    · Data Selection and Conversion Strategies

    · Data Mapping and System Architecture

    · Data Imports, Exports, and Conversions

    · Data Discrepancy Cleanup

    · Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills

    · Solid Microsoft Suite skills required.

    · Sql knowledge desired

    · Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.

    · The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries.

    · Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills.

    · Strong project management and facilitation skills.
