A construction management and project management firm is seeking a Project Manager to help us solve complex building envelope issues in new and existing construction projects at their Los Angeles, CA office.

Your Day Includes:

• Developing remedial approaches and problem-solving for building envelope issues as part of a team
• Writing technical reports for building envelope studies
• Preparing Construction Documents, including plans, elevations, detail drawings, and specifications
• Conducting on-site reviews of construction projects and generating daily reports
• Assisting with project contract management, fee proposals, additional services authorizations, and project/industry-related presentations

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or applicable construction-related experience
• Registered Architect, EIT, PE, or other Building Envelope credentials and knowledgeable of applicable Building Envelope codes (MSBC, IBC) and standards (NRCA, FM, BIA, ASTM, etc.)
• Skilled with AutoCAD/Revit and Microsoft Office
