A community-focused architecture firm is seeking a Project Architect to help them design bold, community-enriching projects that will have a lasting impact on the people living in and around each other at their Vancouver, WA office.

Your Day Includes

• Leading and managing the design process from conception to completion, ensuring all design deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations

• Producing detailed construction documentation and coordinating with consultants and teammates to ensure timely and accurate completion of all design deliverables

• Conducting feasibility assessments and code research to ensure design compliance with building and accessibility codes, specifications, and engineering systems

• Mentoring and growing emerging team members and directing or coordinating work efforts of less experienced staff

• Maintaining client relationships through clear communication and delivering high-quality customer service

Must Haves

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited university or college

• 6 to 10 years of mixed-use/multi-family housing experience with a portfolio of projects that showcase creativity and commitment to design excellence

• Strong understanding of building and accessibility codes, specifications, materials, building and engineering systems

• Proficient in all aspects of Revit with advanced modeling capabilities
