An industry-leading engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and land use planning is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to be a key leader in their organization, responsible for overseeing the design and management of residential, commercial, and public development projects either at their Woodinville, WA or Kent, WA location.

Your Day Includes

• Leading a team of project managers and civil engineers.
• Developing and nurturing client relationships, creating business development opportunities.
• Managing the engineering design process, including reports, drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Overseeing the permitting process and strategies.
• Ensuring projects are on schedule and within scope and budget while maintaining quality and compliance.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive Engineering and Management experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License, multi-state preferred.
