A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Chief Financial Officer, to play a pivotal role in steering the accounting models that drive the company's growth and success out of their Palo Alto office.

Your Day Includes

• Take charge of cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, shaping the company's financial strategy.
• Collaborate on the development of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with operating goals and overseeing reporting processes.
• Ensure operational cash flow compatibility through meticulous oversight of accounting, reporting, and internal-control activities.
• Develop and implement best practices to fortify fiscal management, bank relationships, project coordination, and cross-team communications.
• Navigate and ensure compliance with national and local financial requirements by staying abreast of legislation.

Must Haves

• Five or more years of executive leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Deltek Vision Accounting software.
• Advanced understanding of accounting, regulatory issues, M&A and tax planning.
