    The entry-level sales and customer service representatives provide exemplary sales and customer service to our customers on behalf of some of the most well-respected brands in the world. This position involves one on one sales interactions with customers. Our entry-level sales representatives link the needs of each customer with the solutions, services, and products available to them, providing a consultative sales and marketing approach that focuses on value and loyalty.

    Job Requirements

    Some responsibilities for this role include:

    • Deliver an outstanding experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Blueprint Marketing Solutions team

    • Demonstrate and provide customers with product knowledge and information

    • Aid our clients with new customer acquisitions, upgrades, and services

    • Identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues
