Industrial Electrical Project Manager Entry level or advanced candidates, pay based on experience Manage projects from Winchester office or Purcellville, VA  This Project Manager will be responsible for managing our industrial customers' projects while being a coach and mentor for their field crews. DESIRED SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE • Manage and be responsible for project team's work including the field Foremen. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules. • Creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedules and cost breakdowns • Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log. • Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment • Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and inspectors •Be aware and communicate to the proper individuals of any potential upcoming work • Ensure job site is being kept safe • Estimation of projects • Perform other duties when asked Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and/or 5+ years of industrial electrical management experience • Outstanding interpersonal skill including customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively manage time and resources • Strong computer skills including Microsoft products with preferred experience in Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and estimating software • Thorough understanding of the estimating process
