Responsibilities:
- Understands basic quality principles.
- Addresses and follows through on Quality concerns and Corrective Actions.
- Revises all applicable APQP documentation including PFMEA, Control Plans, and other necessary documentation.
- Develop and incorporate proper on going SPC.
- Assist Staff Senior Quality Engineers and Quality Manager.
- Improves and maintains current Quality systems.
- Translation of GD&T.
- Perform GD&T reviews for proper nomenclature and application to suggest revisions where appropriate.
- Assist APQP group with PPAP and PSW submission.
- Produces sample submissions involving initial samples engineering change prototypes and pilots.
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate well, verbally and in writing.
- Strong technical ability and problem solving capability.
- Ability to work with all levels of customer, suppliers and AUTOKINITON personnel.
- Results oriented personality.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
