TITLE: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS (J.D.)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Director of Admissions provides support to the Office of J.D. Admissions in the overall execution of strategic departmental and institutional enrollment. This person represents St. John’s University School of Law to the public and markets the mission and vision of the university to prospective students.
The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Admissions (J.D.) and will execute student recruitment on-campus, student recruitment off-campus, help with housing, and support the deferral and scholarship reconsideration processes. The Assistant Director will also help with the transfer and visitor application process. The Assistant Director will share responsibility for reviewing 1L applications and serve as a personal admission counselor for a portion of our applicant pool.
