ADJUNCT FACULTY POSITIONS, DIVISION OF COMPUTER SCIENCE MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE
The Division of Computer Science, Mathematics and Science seeks adjunct faculty candidates to teach a wide range of courses in their undergraduate Cybersecurity program and graduate program in Cyber and Information Security. Courses include Fundamentals in Cybersecurity, Network Security, Cyber Threats and Detection, Protection of Digital Infrastructure and Intrusion and Detection Analysis. Rank and salary are based on education level, the quality and quantity of relevant industry experience, and the quality and quantity of college teaching experience.

Qualifications For all ranks, a master’s degree in the discipline or a related field is required. At the instructor level, relevant industry experience and college teaching experience is preferred. At the assistant professor level, relevant industry experience and college teaching experience is required. At the associate professor level, extensive relevant industry experience and college teaching experience is required, and an earned doctorate in a related field is preferred. At the full professor level, extensive relevant industry experience, extensive college teaching experience, and an earned doctorate in a related field is required.
Experience using Canvas or comparable learning management software (LMS) is preferred, as is experience delivering content remotely via Web Ex, Zoom, or comparable web conferencing platform. To teach asynchronous online courses, extensive experience teaching asynchronous online courses using Canvas at the university level is required.
