The criteria outlined below, are considered skills that are desirable for this position:
Provide technical software, hardware for all internal computer users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed. This individual will pass on more complex end-user problems to Senior level team members. Conduct hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting; and perform related work as required the User Support team. Become familiar with the internal help desk system, and route trouble tickets to the appropriate group or technician.

The Intern will either work hours in the morning or afternoon, depending on their school schedule. The current Help Desk hours are 7a -6p, Monday through Friday.
