    The Salesforce Business Analyst has good experience with the Salesforce platform, its basic terminologies, and is likewise is always ready to investigate and unravel fundamental platform issues. The SalesForce Business Analyst will lead the ongoing Sales and Marketing development of our SalesForce deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the SalesForce platform. The SalesForce Business Analyst will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes including:  Dashboards, Forecasting, CPQ enhancements, Approvals, Territory management, Marketing, Outreach and our core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part SalesForce analyst. The SalesForce Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining user and territory updates, the executing on the day-to-day configuration updates within the SalesForce  sandbox, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform for our Sales and Marketing operations and manage releases with the IT organization to production.

     

    • Serve as SalesForce Business Analyst for the SalesForce environment with 125+ sales users
    • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
    • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams and IT.
    • Complete regular internal system audits (e.g. quarterly database maintenance reports) and prepare for upgrades
    • Manage Salesforce data feeds and Clari, DB Optimizer CPQ and other integrations
    • Oversee the importation of new leads and contacts from Marketing on a regular basis
    • Managing license allocation for Sales Productivity tools. (i.e. SFDC, Discover.org, LinkedIn Sales Navigstor)
    • Plan, lead and conduct meetings with the business partners to gather practical and non-useful necessities to identify the customer's Salesforce innovation improvement and activities.
    • Conduct meetings to generate new ideas with the development group to effectively include them in the necessities at the organizing level of analysis.
    • Work towards training and gathering of the necessities for a management plan, and also gather and make business as well as the functional requirement documents. Create data flow diagrams and various process flow diagrams to enable a better system of understanding.
    • Work with Sales Enablement towards designing and creating the necessary training material and conduct internal training sessions for business users who are using the functionalities of Salesforce technology.
    • Outline the organization’s hierarchy and create profiles, assign roles and access accordingly in Salesforce; work on the visibility and security settings as are required by the various businesses.
    • Design different custom dashboards as per the user need for different user groups based on their business’s functionalities and requirements.
    • Develop standard operating procedures for data entry and maintenance of profiles, users, views, territory rules etc.
    • Support de-duplication efforts in conjunction with data governance teams, defining business criteria.
    • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
    • Work independently with members of the user community to evaluate, define, scope and document development requirements, then work with IT to build requirements in the sandbox, test and release to production.

    • Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community)

    Required Experience

    • Experience in utilizing Salesforce, creating dashboards, reports, etc. or comparative CRM Products to create customer or business arrangements
    • Hands on experience in designing Salesforce or comparable CRM Product, including work processes, approval principles, and security controls, preferably in an IT company.
    • Proven capacity utilizing scientific and critical thinking aptitudes in a quickly paced condition
    • Detail-oriented individual with the capacity to rapidly increase on new customers, their business needs, and advancements
    • Strong introduction, good communication skills (verbal and nonverbal), and relational aptitudes
    • Ability to juggle and organize various undertakings inside a collective group condition
    • Demonstrates adaptability and readiness to take the necessary steps to take care of business
    • A zeal to learn both specialized and practical ranges of abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
    • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
