    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a driven and team oriented Dental Clinic Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and oversee all administrative responsibilities for the front office employees and dental assistants. Some duties and responsibilities include maintaining and developing policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements, updates and/or changes; address and resolve patient-related issues; assesses quality of and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, and providers. To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, have good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and have the talent to inspire the dental team. It is important that the prospective candidate understands how to manage staff, schedules, and billing systems.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in health care or business field, preferred
    • RDH or CDA strongly preferred
    • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
    • Experience with electronic records
    • Strong computer skills required

    Bluestem Health is a paperless office with electronic dental records and has 10 dental operatories. We have three dentists, three hygienists, three front office staff, and six dental assistants.
