    Job Description

    We are seeking an energetic sales professional to help foster new supplier relationships, generate sales, and promote the Bluon to the broader HVAC community. This position will be focused on selling to HVAC supply houses and mechanical contractors. Applicants must have prior, successful sales experience, but not necessarily in the HVAC or Contractor industries. This position will focus on building our network of distributors/suppliers across the US while also building our network of mechanical contractors to create product demand for the growing supplier network.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 2 years of successful experience working in commission-based sales
    • Self-starter with experience working on their own AND within a very collaborative sales team
    • Excellent prospecting, lead generation and closing skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively
    • Ability to navigate a B2B landscape and understand
    • Ability to understand and navigate the HVAC-R industry space
    • Results driven and do what it takes attitude
    • Strong analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent business acumen, ethics and high integrity
    • Operate collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with highly motivated teammates
    • Good computer skills and ability to commit to utilizing company CRM (HubSpot)

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Initiating meetings and fostering lasting relationships with HVAC Suppliers resulting in them joining the platform and purchasing the Bluon refrigerant
    • Selling and presenting to mechanical contractors, specifically to Service Managers
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations
    • Establish and maintain top down relationships throughout key organizational partners
    • Work with the technical team to schedule and conduct Group Trainings for mechanical contractors
    • Travel to meet with prospects and customers in person
    • Leverage existing relationships and networks off the company
    • Refine sales strategies based on feedback from all parties
    • Become fluent in company technology and products and relevant competitor products
    • Utilize company CRM to manage and maximize sales pipelines

     

    COMPENSATION

    • $65-85K Base Salary
