We are seeking  a National Account Manager, located near any major city, who is a customer-obsessed leader and enjoys providing the best service possible.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·       Manage large, strategic accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts.

    ·       Understand the marketplace, create presentations and develop stories to make Bluon the leader within their businesses

    ·       Work through critiques and criticisms of product offerings to build trust, show value, and create partnerships

    ·       Be able to invent a market where one currently doesn’t exist. Sell a vision rather than a product

    ·       Partner with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise

    ·       Train and mentor our contractor’s on our product and our platform

    ·       Conduct customer visits both at an HQ level and a branch level

    ·       Be able to relate to their employees from the counter to the corner office

    ·       Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generations by networking and cold-calling

    ·       Complete daily logs and trackers on our CRM (Hubspot)

    ·       Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints

    ·       Reach monthly quotas given by your manager

    ·       Additional duties as assigned

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·       8+ years of Sales and Account Management experience, or similar role

    ·       Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

    ·       Must have valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Must have own transportation

    ·       Strong phone and personnel skills

    ·       Strong negotiation skills

    ·       Ability to work with a high energy, rapidly evolving group

    ·       Strong leadership skills with an impeccable work ethic

    ·       Ability to build rapport with vendors and customers

    ·       Operating knowledge of Mac OS, Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with hand held computers (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) Must be tech-savvy

    ·       Computer literacy and ability to readily work with Bluon’s CRM software (Hubspot)

    ·       Proficient in Microsoft Office

    ·       Ability to prioritize own workload

    ·       Strong communication skills

    ·       Travel up to 40%

     

    COMPENSATION

    ·       We offer competitive base pay ($100,000 - $130,000), depending on experience level

    ·       Commission and Bonus options available

    ·       Equity within the company over a vesting period

    ·       Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits, personal time off
