Job Description

• Development of new applications and reports. Coding for applications with RESTful web services in the middleware that connects to Oracle databases.
• Knowledge and experience working on Applications development with JAVA/J2EE, Spring Frameworks, Spring MVC, JSPs, jQuery, Bootstrap, and IBM WebSphere in Agile environment is required.
• Supports the applications enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode.
• Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required.
• Available for on-call support as needed. Other duties as assigned and required by the unit operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience is required for the following:

• Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in Java programming language
• Experience in applications development on J2EE platform
• Experience in writing SQL for Oracle relational databases
• Experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Portal Server
• Experience working on Spring Aspect Oriented Programming like transaction management and security
• Experience in Spring Frameworks and Spring MVC
• Experience with software development using Agile methodology.
• Experience with Health industry.
