Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) — Part-Time | $35/hr to start | South San Diego

$35/hour to start, 15 hours a week guaranteed, and benefits part-time roles almost never offer: 401(k), paid time off, mileage reimbursement, plus bonuses when your authorized hours stay full. You#39;ll also get direct supervision from our founder — a BCBA — including supervised fieldwork hours if you#39;re working toward your BCBA certification.

KinderReady Behavior Solutions is a small, local, BCBA-owned ABA practice in San Diego — not a corporate chain. 90% of our staff stay, because you#39;re treated like a clinician here. We#39;re growing in South San Diego (Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and nearby communities) and looking for a BCaBA to join the team.

What you#39;ll do:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect and review behavioral data to track client progress
• Support parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team

What we#39;re looking for:

• Active BCaBA certification (required)
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in South San Diego
• Someone who wants to grow clinically, not just fill hours
