    Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)/ Mid-tier Master's Level Clinician to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BCaBA will assist in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training behavior technicians, and ensuring high-quality client services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.

    Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

    Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists.

    Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure treatment integrity and progress toward goals.

    Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to support client success.

    Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational, ethical, and funding-source guidelines.

    Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision sessions.

    Qualifications

    Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

    Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field (with active BCaBA certification) and/or a Master's degree in a related field and pursuing the BCaBA certification.

    Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).

    Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

    Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations, if applicable.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $32.00 - $47.00 per hour
