We are looking for a BCBA to cover a caseload of 12 clients, Each client having 3-4 hours of supervision. Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, focusing on behaviors modifications and skill acquisition
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians or other staff members
Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and developmental disabilities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes
