We are seeking dedicated BCBAs to deliver high-quality clinical services in home and community-based settings.

    Position Overview

    As a BCBA with TheraCare, you will oversee ABA programs for children and youth (ages 2–21) receiving services in their homes and communities. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure that services are delivered according to best practices and program guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • •Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
    • •Develop and revise individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
    • •Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBA candidates.
    • •Train and support caregivers and staff in implementing ABA strategies.
    • •Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to support client goals.
    • •Ensure compliance with documentation, timelines, and program protocols.
    • •Flexible scheduling with part-time and per diem options.
    • •Supportive clinical leadership and peer mentorship.

    What We Offer:

    Qualifications:

    • •Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • •Remote position but you must reside physically in Connecticut
    • •Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
    • •Experience working with children and adolescents in home/community settings.
    • •Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • •Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer).
    • •Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
    • •Ability to work remote
    • •Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
