DV Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee ABA treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure effective, compassionate care. Responsibilities
Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies
Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques
Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development
Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
