Aspire Therapy Group is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts, BCBA's, to join our team!
Board Certified Behavior Analysts will manage and oversee the delivery of in-home and community-based therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially autism spectrum disorders. Board Certified Behavior Analysts perform assessments, develop treatment plans, observations and supervision of therapists, train staff, and work with parents and families as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
Oversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervision to staff
Modify treatment plans and programs as needed based on data-driven decisions
Provide initial and ongoing training to therapists Ensure internal policies are followed
Training and supervising RBTs is required
Development and implementation of client ABA programs with clinical oversight and support
Updating and development of client goals, behavior plans, and teaching methods
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments as well as Functional Analysis
Collaboration/consultation with team members, caregivers, and clients
Integrating our clients to various settings such as community, school, and home to support our client's growth in a wide variety of skill sets
Professional attendance including but not limited to MLL team meetings, IEP/DOE Meetings, and Clinical Meetings
Traveling to different parts of this beautiful Island to serve clients in need of services. We utilize a waitlist to our best ability to fairly disseminate and manage services. We are seeking providers who know their scope of practice and expertise, while also demonstrating a willingness to expand on their scope through learning and training to support our mission
BCBA Requirements:
Master’s degree and a BCaBA, BCBA or BCBA-D credential
Superb time management and professional skills. Ability to complete wellness checks before any scheduled appointments and adhere to PPE and safety protocols
Ability to learn and utilize technology and systems used by Aspire Therapy
Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, AFLS, etc.
A reliable form of transportation with proof of auto insurance and be willing to commute up to at least 25 miles
Must pass a criminal background check
Love for supervision and staff training. You will need to perform initial assessments, behavior plan updates, program setup and monitoring, parent/staff/professional training, direct service support.
