Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Adult Services

North Austin, TX | Full-Time

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight and behavioral support for adults in community-based and center-based settings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and direct support professionals to create individualized programming that improves each client’s independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
• Supervise and mentor staff implementing behavior programs
• Provide crisis prevention and behavior reduction strategies

  • Vocational readiness
  • Social and leisure skills
  • Self-advocacy
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure services align with ethical and best-practice ABA standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience with adults or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for person-centered ABA services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
