About us
Atlantis Positive Behavior Services (APBS) is a growing ABA agency based in Culpeper, VA, serving children and families throughout Culpeper and surrounding counties. Founded in 2022 by a practicing BCBA, Atlantis was created with a clear mission: to build an ABA organization where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered—because when staff are supported, the quality of client care naturally follows.
At APBS, we take a values-driven approach to behavior analysis. Our team operates under the CREATE framework: Compassion, Reliable, Ethical, Authentic, Transparent, and Empathetic. These values guide how we work with clients, collaborate with families, and support one another as professionals. Atlantis was intentionally built to support the people delivering the services. Our leadership believes that investing in clinicians creates stronger clinical decision-making and more meaningful outcomes for clients.
BCBAs at Atlantis are not just supervisors; they are clinical leaders who help shape the culture and direction of the organization. As a small business agency, our team members have opportunities to influence systems, contribute ideas, and grow professionally alongside the organization.
We are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and other behavioral needs, while maintaining an environment where clinicians feel respected, supported, and inspired in their work. At Atlantis, we believe meaningful change begins with people. By prioritizing our team and living our CREATE values, we discover the hidden potential in both our clients and the professionals who support them.
