JOB DESCRIPTION
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Autism Matters is responsible for the clinical oversight and decision making for a caseload of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clients and their team of providers. Primary responsibilities encompass developing Individualized Treatment Plans, Observation and Direction of therapy sessions, Clinical Supervision of clients, and collaboration with clinical team members. The BCBA’s goal is to positively enhance clinical outcomes and assist clients and their families in reaching their personalized goals and milestones. The BCBA makes a meaningful impact on the lives of children by utilizing a client-focused and ethical approach to provide high-quality therapy in a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Certified as a BCBA and is in good standing with the BACB
Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Minnesota
Meet Qualified Supervising Professional requirements for MN EIDBI Programs
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Be available to work between the hours of of 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in early intervention, ASD, or related disorders.
Experience with ABA Programming and Family-Caregiver Support
Experience with Observation and Direction of clinical programming and providers
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry a caseload up to 10 clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy between 10 and 40 hours per week in a clinic setting.
Complete all clinical programming for clients including, but not limited to, the development of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, reviewing data and progress, and providing direct services.
Oversee implementation of clinical services through observation of client sessions and providing direction to providers.
Provide support to caregivers through coordinate care meetings and family-caregiver training and counseling.
Engage in supervisory activities for each client on caseload at minimum 1 hours for every 16 hours of supervision.
Aide in training and maintaining high quality care across all providers in the clinic.
Collaborate with in-clinic team members and other company BCBAs.
Remain up to date on recent developments in the field of Behavior Analysis.
Complete supervision with individuals seeking certification, as needed.
Ensure high-quality, ethical, and client-focused to care to all children and families served.
Compensation and Position Information Starting salary of $60,000 with increases considered based on experience. Performance-based Bonus Program. Continuing Education Budget to maintain certification and licensure. Flexibility available based on clinic and caseload needs.
