BluHope is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing clinical team serving children and families in Columbus, Georgia and the surrounding communities.
We provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy — and we've built the kind of environment that makes that possible: manageable caseloads, accessible clinical leadership, and real respect for your clinical judgment. Treatment decisions here are driven by assessment and data. If a program needs to change, you change it.
What you'll do:
Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans
Design, monitor, and update behavior intervention programs based on data
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, including scheduled in-field supervision
Deliver parent and caregiver training
Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers
Maintain documentation in line with BACB and payer requirements
What we're looking for:
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Georgia licensure as a behavior analyst, or eligibility
Experience with pediatric ABA in home, school, clinic, or community settings
Strong communication skills with families and team members
Reliable transportation
Compensation and benefits:
Flexible scheduling
CEU support
Paid documentation and drive time
A clinical director who knows your caseload by name
Schedule: Full time. Services delivered in home, school, and community settings across the Columbus area.
