    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic based! Location: Camarillo, California Job Type: Full or Part time options -compensation based on experience!

    Facility: ABA services are provided in designated treatment rooms/environment, allowing for structures and specialized space that supports the unique needs of our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

    Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.

    Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver comprehensive care.

    Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs in home, clinic, or school settings.

    Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

    Provide parent training and support to ensure consistency across environments.

    Qualifications:

    Current BCBA Certification

    Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

    Strong collaboration and communication skills.

    Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavior interventions.

    Ability to provide supervision to RBTs.

    Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving client outcomes.
